Graduate Transfer Credit
Our office does not evaluate graduate level transfer credit. Students should contact an individual from their desired Graduate Program.
Math Placement
Transfer credit may be used as prerequisite placement into UA Math courses only if taken within the last 18 months (for non-incoming freshman).
Credit By Examination
Students may establish proficiency/competency or credit in various disciplines through several modes.
Military Credits
Military Experience (ME) and coursework credits as documented on the JST transcript will transfer based on ACE recommendations and university transferability guidelines.
Non-Regionally Accredited
The University of Arizona will review course work from non-regionally accredited institutions if the institution is Nationally Accredited as recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Credit for Prior Learning
Credit for Prior Learning may be awarded for verifiable learning gained through experience—not for the experience itself.
